Since 2018, Ontario has attracted more than $5 billion in food and beverage manufacturing investments, creating more than 22,000 good-paying jobs across the province.
These investments are helping grow Ontario’s food manufacturing capacity, strengthen domestic supply chains and ensure more of the food grown in Ontario is also processed and made right here at home.
Ontario’s food and beverage manufacturing sector now supports more than 126,000 jobs and contributes more than $13.6 billion to the province’s economy every year.
